Important Information for Replacement 

 

The updated casters are designed to fit applicable existing bowl trucks. However, Varimixer now supplies replacement casters exclusively as complete sets of four (4-piece kits). Individual casters are no longer available. This ensures all four wheels can be renewed together and simplifies spare-parts ordering.

For the large caster update (22AR31-520.3), the installation height changes from 99 mm to 102 mm. For proper fit and stability, all four casters must be replaced at the same time, and old and new casters must not be mixed on the same truck when installation heights differ.

• Please order one complete kit (4 casters) for the applicable bowl truck: 22AR31-520.3ZB

 

Availability

The old dual wheel caster (22R150-520) is available while supplies last. Implementation of the new single wheel casters on bowl trucks (VBTRUCK) will occur during Q3/Q4 2026 as existing inventory is used.
